Where can I buy tickets?

How do I access my ticket?
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be sent a download link. Download this to a mobile device of your choice and bring it to the event so that your electronic ticket can be scanned.
Are there hard copy tickets?
No. We are an event that attempts to be more mindful of our impact on the environment. As a result we do not provide hard copy tickets and encourage everyone to keep their tickets in an electronic format.
What is included in the ticket?
The ticket includes access to camping and the event's entertainment. Wristbands are provided and must be worn at all times.
Entry and camping to the event site is available from 8am Friday to 12pm Tuesday and include access to all amenities on site.

Do you have a ticket payment plan?
Yes we do.
- Origins Of Entropy uses Zip and Afterpay to facilitate Ticket Payment Plans.
- Ticket Payment plans are automated, you need only have funds available.

Do you have accessibility tickets?
Yes we do.
- Origins Of Entropy provides discounted tickets for individuals with a disability who hold a valid pension card.
- These tickets are priced at 50% of the current round of General Admission Tickets.
- Free entry is also provided to peers who accompany you and hold a valid Companion Card
Do you provide tickets to people with Companion Cards?
Yes we do.
- If you hold a government issued Companion Card you may be eligible for a free ticket to Origins Of Entropy.
- Companion card tickets will not be sent out prior to the event and require collection on presentation of the companion card at the venue ticket office on the day.
- Companion Card holders must accompany their companion when entering the event and provide proof of the companion card at the venue ticket office.

Can I change the name on my ticket?
Name changes are not available for Origins Of Entropy tickets. You can however get a refund. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event.

Can you please resend my ticket?
Yes, if you wish to have your tickets resent to your email you can do so here.
Does the ticket include a car pass?
No, the ticket does not include a car pass. We encourage carpooling to all Origins Of Entropy events.
Carpooling is a simple but effective way to be thoughtful towards the environment.

Can I receive a refund?
Refunds will be available, upon request, up until 30 days before the event. All refunds will incur a $10 admin fee and will not include the booking fee. Please contact us via the contact form or email info@originsofentropy.com to request a refund.
Do I buy a ticket if I am volunteering?
Yes, all volunteers must purchase a volunteer ticket.
Please refer to the Volunteer Agreement for more details.
Can I have a free ticket if it is my birthday while the event is on?
Unfortunately no. We all love free stuff. But free tickets for individuals birthdays is not something that we do.
Do children and under 18's need a ticket?
Children 13 and under are provided with Free entry. Tickets for these individuals will be available at the event. Please bring along a suitable ID.
Young humans aged between 14 – 17: These tickets are priced at 50% of the current round of General Admission Tickets and are available through our ticketing portal.
Please check the ticketing page for Youth Ticket prices.
These tickets will only be available at the gate if gate sales are available. All Youth Ticket holders must provide a valid ID card when entering the event.
Additional note on “minors” All persons under the age of 18 (“Minors”) who attend the Event must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (“Guardians”).

Do you sell single day tickets?
Yes, we have available 1 night, 1 day tickets. They are available* from 12pm on Sunday at the event. The ticket price for these will be available later.
